Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Saturday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Tracking updates include order confirmation, processing, dispatched, in-transit, out for delivery, and delivered status.
Our courier partner will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours. Valid ID may be required for high-value items. If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at the nearest branch for pickup (additional charges may apply).
We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. Check for any visible damage to the packaging or product. For COD orders, you can open and inspect the product before making payment. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of expected delivery or receipt. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange for a replacement or refund. All shipments are insured, and we take full responsibility for ensuring you receive your products in perfect condition.

We will try our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the courier has picked up the package.
